Barkway Forum
"Your Chance to Share"
|
The setting up of the Barkway Forum was as a result of a Parish Council initiative which was incorporated as part of the Barkway-Newsells Parish Plan. The initial meeting of the Forum took place in Barkway Village Hall on Thursday 6th May. The aim of the Forum is for as many of the village organisations who so desire, to meet on a regular basis to shares ideas and thoughts. The main objectives can be defined as follows: |
to encourage communication between village organisations to provide a platform for the village organisations to share ideas and plans to suggest policies and strategies for the betterment of the village to support each other as and when required to consider fundraising for the village in general |
